Of all the questions I'm asked as an author, probably the most common one is "Where do you get your story ideas?"
The short answer is: Everywhere. Anything can spark a story. An interesting person I meet, a situation, sometimes in a dream and sometimes even an item of clothing can spark an idea. That's just how my brain works.
It's been on my heart to share this story again for some time, so here goes.
I love research because I will invariably learn something new aside from what I'm looking for. I love fans. I have several and use them on occasion. I didn’t know until that day that there is a widely accepted fan language, the origin of which is still debated.

last, my current WIP is getting closer to a reality! Life has kept me from getting much writing done, but lately, I have made significant progress! Yeah me! My next book, entitled Texas Winds, will, hopefully be out this fall.
