Chasing Hope

Max Logan longs for the joys of home and family he missed growing up in foster care. He fills that emotional void by becoming a kick-ass Marine, and for eighteen years, led his band of brothers from one hell-hole to another. Until the one that nearly destroyed him.

Sixteen months of therapy and rehab put his body back together again but some wounds can't be seen. Some can't be healed.

Skylar Ward dreams of a life that includes someone beside her. Someone to share her life and be a father to her young daughter. But if she learned anything from her failed marriage it was that you don't rush into a relationship. Only Max Logan sparks her interest. But the handsome, brooding war hero remains aloof.

Seven-year-old Maddie Ward overhears a neighbor tell her mom she needs a male companion and immediately decides Max will do just fine. He needs a family. They need him. She just has to figure out a way to make them see that.

Can a precocious child be the catalyst that heals and brings them all together at last or will ashes from the past bury hope forever?

Whispers on The Wind

You didn’t stop him. He killed her.

Dire warnings from a voice only he can hear makes Sheriff Cooper Delaney doubt his sanity. When a body is found matching one from a recent nightmare, he believes he’s gone off the deep end. The dead do not talk to the living. Or do they? One body becomes two. Are there more?

Heart broken by betrayal, Dr. Samantha Fowler finds herself starting over at thirty-three. When she meets the local sheriff, the attraction is instant and fierce, threatening to crumble the defensive walls around her heart. Once burned, twice shy, she vows to stay far away from him for the duration of her stay at the quaint B & B they share. But when she finds one body, then another, avoiding the handsome Texan is impossible.

He’s not done.

Quarry in site, he watches and waits. “I am the master. I cannot be stopped.”

The clock is ticking…

Mail Order Groom

“Find a husband in thirty days or lose the ranch when I die.”
Emma Marshall is stunned by her dying father’s ultimatum. With Twin Oaks to run alone, she delays dealing with it, unaware of advertisements he placed seeking a groom.
One by one, prospects arrive, spurred by the promise of control of a prosperous ranch and a beautiful bride. Angry, embarrassed and heartbroken by her father’s tactics, she fights for her independence.
Tyler Rountree acts on a request from his best friend and accepts the job of temporary foreman at the Marshall place. Surprised to find his new boss is a beautiful, jean-wearing, gun-toting woman with enough grit to go bear hunting with a switch, he happily accepts the job.
Distracted by persistent suitors and a dangerous man intent on getting control of her ranch, Emma is totally unprepared for the instant attraction to Ty. Thrown together by chance, she can't help but wonder if he may be the answer to her problem. However, it soon becomes clear she knows everything about running a ranch, and nothing about being a woman.

A world-weary Southern gentleman, a fiery, independent woman; will a marriage of convenience bring them happiness or more heartache?

Secrets of The Heart

NOTE: This title was re-issued in April 2018 with another publisher.  It is still the same book with all the 5 star Reviews, just published on another platform.

Nurse Tori Morgan believes comforting patients as they transition from this world to the next is her life’s calling.  Emotionally scarred by personal tragedy, she seeks refuge with a remote assignment in Montana. She loved once, she could never love again and protects her heart as fiercely as she protects those entrusted in her care.
When Wade McBride’s plan to hire a nurse for his mother unexpectedly goes awry, he is forced to do the unthinkable; persuade a total stranger to pretend to be his fiancée.
Bulldozed into working together, sparks ignite, but old wounds run deep and danger is closer than they think. The line between deception and reality blurs, compelling them to look beyond the pretense and take the biggest risk of all.
But can a love born of secrets and lies survive the truth?
